All content on this site — including logos, text, images, packaging design, and the name “TEODORA DOUKAS” — is the exclusive intellectual property of Teodora Doukas LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or imitation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Product Accuracy & Descriptions

We strive for absolute accuracy in product details (notes, concentration, volume). However, due to the artisanal nature of perfumery, minor variations in scent projection or longevity may occur based on skin chemistry and environment. Product images are representative; actual appearance may vary slightly.

Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability and final acceptance by us.
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or local gateways.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from Cairo, Egypt within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times:
    • Bosta (Express): 2–3 business days (with phone confirmation)
    • Egypt Post: 3–5 business days
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened, sealed bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • No returns on opened, used, or damaged products (for hygiene and authenticity).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

Personal Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information. Contact details may be used solely for order fulfillment and ritual updates (opt-out anytime).

Limitation of Liability

TEODORA DOUKAS is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
